I am on it! I get back with you. I need take another look but I think as you shorten up the diameter it will bring the rim and tire closer to the rear of the trailing are where the radius rods attach. Backset will be key. Quadrockets, one of my customers, runs a smaller rim on one of his Revolts but I believe he had to space the wheel out. I'll see if I can get a hold of him and quiz him about it.

Are you Interested in the Red label (.190) Douglas?

Yes red label .190 with scattrak 12 to 14 paddle extremes on 12 x 12 rims. I would like to change the rear offset on them so I can get a little more clearance between the radius rods and the tire, so maybe a 2 inch offset on the inside instead of 3". I do not want to mess will spacing wheels and such.

It sounds like your are thinking 12" wheel rather than 10". I get you pricing on a 26x12x12 casing both 12 and 14 paddles. Do you want the tire in a std buff? Std buff gives you more side wall protection.
