Re: Paddle tires

Man, a guy from Oregon and you don't know what paddle tire to run! Well, all 6 of us Oregon cars have the same back tires because they are the best thing out there, I'm talking about Sand Blaster 26's. The only differences in ours is 3 of us are comp cut and 3 are not. We're all running the big #2 paddle (full paddle). Call Oregon Motorsports in Portland. They are not cheap but they work. If you get anything else you'll be behind us!

Re: Paddle tires

Isn't that the truth! The ultimate Oregon dune paddles without a doubt will be the Sand Tires Unlimited Sand Blasters. I'm running (16) #2 paddles - note picture in sig. I started with 10 paddle Skat Trak Extremes and they just aren't enough tire.

Re: Paddle tires

I may be from Oregon but I dont usually go to the sand and play
I ride in the mountains of southwest Washington from Battleground to Goldendale Wa.
But I thank you for the information I found a set of 26" with 16 paddles that I will purchase

Re: Paddle tires

I have the Extreme, in a 12 paddle, 26x10x12.
The softer and dryer the sand, the more paddles you'll need. IMO

Re: Paddle tires

Extremes for sure. The haulers will roll back if you hit any hard pack dirt areas. Extremes will do the same thing with enough power put down with the turbo.

The park I ride is sand and hard pack spots around the flats. Its hard to stay off the boost on the flats.
