Big Gun Controller

Looking for someone with a used Big Gun Fuel Controller for a Redline Revolt, with all parts in good condition. I was advised to install different fuel injectors because the original injectors make the engine run too rich mostly at idle and fouls the plugs, therefore I have ordered two new injectors from The Fuel man part #0240155740 which should run leaner at idle but may need the Big Gun Controller to add more fuel at high RPM's. Also if anyone has an O2 sensor setup with Fuel/air ratio gauge I am looking for one of those also.

Someone tell me if I am off base with this thought process, this Weber 750 NA is on my Gyroplane and I can't pull over in mid air because of hiccups, fouled plugs, etc.

Re: Big Gun Controller

This is the cheapest way to make the Redline Weber normally aspirated engine run way better. The Walbro ECU adds too much fuel at low altitude and cold temps and takes out too much for high altitude and hot temps. By taking fuel out with small injectors and adding it back with the Big Gun programmer you will be able to adjust the air/fuel ratio to get 12.5 ratio. Since you can only add fuel with the Big Gun this is the only way to make it work properly. The programmers are still for sale on ebay for the Revolt. AEM wide band gauge with sensor are available from Jegs and Summit or ebay. I wouldn't buy a used wide band gauge.

Thanks for the advice Pilot, everyone on this forum has been extremely helpful and hopefully in the next few weeks I will have the first and only Gyroplane underway on Weber Power.....
