installing radius arms in a REVOLT

Is there a proper length 1 should set the radius arms at when re-installing new 1's?I thought I read the hiems should show 3 threads out of them is stock settings? Red Rock Rails explained to me how to adjust the trailing arms so the cv's do not bind, but I forgot the radius arms.

Re: installing radius arms in a REVOLT

Screw the heims in as far as they will go. And then back them out to get the wheels/tires to run straight up and down or slightly out at the bottom. You only want a couple of degrees of camber to straight up. Just stand behind the rig and eyeball it and you will get close enough.

The idea is to get as much heim engagement as possible for strength reasons.

Hopefully you have dumped the crappy aluminum links. Those things suck and break WAAAAAAY too easily.

Re: installing radius arms in a REVOLT

Thanks, I did not trash the alumn arms, in fact I purchased 2 new ones from Mike @ Red Rock. I followed per manual and left 3 threads showing on all the hiems and it achieved the same result as what you explained-darn close. Thanks for the help! I used anti-sieze on the heim threads as well for the adjustments.
