Thumbs up Who is going to race?

Who is going to race on the 3rd @ Glen Helen?

- Im trying to make plans to be able to race with you guys....
what should I be expecting? what are the requirements?
and how much will it be in total if its going to be my first time racing there?

any comments will help, I wouldn't like to get there and be told that I wont be able to race or have to be rushing at the end with last minute changes....

Thanks......

Re: Who is going to race?

I plan on being there. The main safety rules are to have a Snell 2005 or newer helmet, Fire suit, window nets, and change the Seat belts from the "Y" shoulder harness to 2 seperate shoulder harnesses. XMOTORCR my also think of something I missed but those are the main ones. We would love to have you come race with us. It looks like we might have quite a few racers. It should be fun.

I also plan on being there, if I can get window nets in time.

Re: Who is going to race?

My wife and I plan to be there, I have to change the Y seatbelt and then will be ready. I hope you guys get your window nets in time. I've heard that Art is going to have the new pattern to the makers by weeks end. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. Mike from Redrock said he will be there. Is anyone going to stay the night at the track?

Jerry sorry I didn't reply to your PM the only thing you need to worry about is the stock seat belt.

See everyone there

Re: Who is going to race?

In regards to the belts,
do they sell just the two upper ones?
or do I have to buy the whole new set?

and after I change them, can they still go trough the seat with the opening?
or do they have to go around?

-thanks...

Re: Who is going to race?

Its easier to buy the whole set. That way all the date codes match on the belts. I tried mine with the belts running through the seat and didnt like it. I am around 5'11". The seat belts felt better to me when I ran them around the side. You can find Crow Seat belts for around $80 a set.
