John runs the 1/8 mile track for Sidecars and Speedway bikes, This is the 3/8 mile sprint car, stock car track that John does the dirt work for. Both tracks are at the fairgrounds

I sent a message to the track to see what the fees are. I dont think there will be a payout but the fees will be a lot lower than some other tracks. We could always pool some money as drivers for a winning purse.

No payout since it is a go have fun thing but it is only $30 to ride and $10 for spectators.

I dont think im going to run that series. Im really busy with my fulltime job, Plus working the Lucas Oil Off Races, Racing The lucas Regional series and now Victorville. My girlfriend is very understanding but I need to do some things for her. It does look fun for people who want to do desert racing..

Re: Short Course racing in SoCal

The new Victorville track is really tight and a lot of fun. It is to narrow to pass but they said they are going to fix that before next Friday. Here is a video from my GoPro.

They sure do need to fix that! To bad you can't pull a pit maneuver on that guy in front of you and get him out of you way. It looked like you could reel him in at will. That would be frustrating watching the other guy drive away ahead of him. Take No Prisoners!
