Window Net Spring Loaded Mounting Bar

3 Attachment(s)
When I mounted my window nets I did not want half of a seat belt clip hanging down in the cockpit area for me to knock my head on. So I made my own. These get shorter just by pushing one side into the mount then you line the front up with the mount and it let go and it expands to full length. I made these with stuff anyone can get from there local hardware store and saved about 50.00 doing it myself. Included are some pictures. I also post the pictures on my forum page as well.

Good job! Just remember there are a few racing organizations that require the GM style seatbelt latch mounted at the front accessible by safety personel.

Jeff if you are going to Run BITD you are going to have to carry more fuel and it will have to be in a cell. As much fuel as Ronny and I were burning in the last race I don't think you can make it between pits in some of the races.

I will run a BITD event in the future but right now I'm just trying to save up and run some short corse stuff. How far is a average pit stop and how much fuel do you use between pits?
