Hay Afastcar,
I finally got around to your great idea and venting my tank. No more belching fuel, at the gas pump.
Cost? About $15

Re: Fuel Cell

It's a shame they cut the front of it off so abruptly. could have picked up another couple of gallons. You can't EVER get enough fuel capacity in racing!!!

As for filling, you need to add a vent line from the tank. The one I have has a big vent line and it fills REALLY fast. Using a high flow race can (5 gallons) to fill it, I can fill it, from empty in about 30 seconds!

Good to see continuing improvements and products for the Revolts!

Re: Fuel Cell

Just received the pricing from James Jr @ Harmon on the fuel cells and the fuel line kits that will be available. I am reviewing what he sent me and will be letting you know what they cost shortly. He also set me the 3-D drawings of what the tanks will look like in the 3, 5, and 7 gal capacities. If you think you are interested in a fuel cell send me a PM or e-mail @ [email protected].

Re: Fuel Cell

Jeff will your supplier sell just the bladders as i could fabricate the tanks over here myself. I think the freight on the tanks to Australia will be a killer

Re: Fuel Cell

They will offer an istallation kit which will include the new filter and all the hoses. The reason its offered as an add on is some people might already have a source for hose and fitting.

As far as bearfoots question it did fill better because the tank is vented. The stock system is vented through the gas cap so filling it caused that "blurp" since the air had nowhere to go but back out the fill opening.
