The spring return bracket on my car was broken when I got it with only 30 hrs on the car. I just made a new one and 6 years later it is still working fine. The only time mine stuck wide open was when the throttle cable frayed by the peddle. I did have a new spare cable in the trailer since the same thing happened to my Banshee that was built by Yamaha with way more money behind the company than Redline had! I've had to repair some things on my car but really far less than my Banshee over the years. I didn't loose my job when Redline closed up the plant so I have a different view of the product since I own and drive mine a lot and love every minute in the seat. If it sticks on you just turn it off.

I was riding my newly acquired Revolt and after just 250 miles on it I noticed the throttle was not coming down to idle all the way. I pulled up to my buddy to tell him something was wrong and pushed the throttle to show him and it stuck wide open! What had happened was the throttle spring on the pedal had gotten lodged between the throttle pedal and the mount. There was just enough clearance that it had worked its way between there after it rubbed on the gap long enough to shave itself down a little bit it wedged itself in there.CHECK YOURS TODAY!
