It is actually for the turbo charged cars. It hooks to a boost hose to increase fuel pressure 1 lb. for each lb. of boost increase. This keeps enough fuel supplied to the injectors to prevent lean out. Normally aspirated cars don't use this feature.

Fuel system help

Can someone tell me if there should be a hose off the fuel pressure regulator and if so where would that hose go to?
