Have you tried checking the bleeder valve for any obstruction with the flow?

Did you flush the whole system before bleeding it?

Again, thanks to Mike at Red Rock I recieved some info about that set up you guys used that is what I am doing next. He has the set up you guys used. I sure hope I am surprised. It will be pleasantly at this point. It is really starting to piss me off. Lol
