Building a turbo revolt

Just bought a revolt last summer. Happened to come across a wasteland turbo 750 set up that I am now installing. I've built several turbo machines in the past (snowmobiles, ATV's)but always had some sort of on the fly fuel controller. I have a walbro ECU that came with the turbo engine that I hope has been programmed correctly. Can one couple the big gun tuner with the turbo to make fuel corrections? Also my revolt is a 07 and most parts say they are for a 09 and newer. Is there a difference?

The 2007 Revolt is pretty much the same as later years except for a 12" radiator cooling fan. The Big Gun programmer can only add fuel. The Walbro turbo application ECU that you have runs rich at low altitudes up to about 4000'. So at higher elevations the Big Gun might help. It would be worthless below 4000'. It would be better to add a AEM FIC piggyback controller so you could add or subtract fuel when needed. Weber says to never run leaner the 11.8 fuel/air ratio at wot.

Welcome to the Redline owners club!

I did what you are about to....I bought a blown revolt with a Wasteland turbo kit already installed. That was two years ago and i made a fair amount of changes. The guy who goes by Pilot actually designed / built a turbo conversion of his own, he is very knowledgeable on these Weber motors.

Thanks for the info. I fired it up with the new engine for the first time today. I still have some work to do but its getting closer. Glad to hear there are ways to adjust fuel. Most my riding is between 6 and 9000ft so I do a lot of tuning with my current machines to run at altitude.
