4 seater??

Has anyone come up with a 4 seat option? Full cage, seat in the rear??

With Polaris releasing the RZR4 my wife and I are back into the talking phase of deciding what to do and when. I have 5 children, only one who is old enough to ride on her own and in Oregon riding children double is a no no. i desperately need to keep my eyes open on the UTV/SXS scene so that I amke a smart purchase. As of now, we will be looking at our only SXS option, a RZR4...but it doe not offer enough power for a gearhead such as myself...so Ive considered a Weber option...then I started thinking well the Riot comes with a Weber, Elkas, etc. Maybe I can find a 4 seat Riot, who knows.

Re: 4 seater??

Sell the children while they are still young enough to bring a good price. Take the proceeds to buy one revolt and one riot for you and the wife.

I hear Kathie Lee Gifford pays well.

Re: 4 seater??

Good question. I've always thought of my Riot as a "factory custom." It's not as finished as a Robbie Gordon RZR-S, but it has more performance and is easier to work on. There are more options for the Polaris, but its a trade off really. I'm with Celette, sell the kids while they can still fetch a great price, or better yet, get yourself a revolt(sporty) and a regular Ranger(bulky tank thing) for the wife and kids!! win, win, win....

Keep one child to cut the lawn, take out the trash and wash the cars etc.

Re: 4 seater??

How about buying a Riot and stretching it to gain 4 seats????

On a simplier view, I think you are better off having a Ranger with a back seat for cruising with the family. and own a Riot to run fast with a passenger. Seriously, if you want to run everywhere in the dunes with the entire family on board, you need a rail! But if you can figure out a multi-rig method to get everyone out there in ones and twos, then your better off.

Re: 4 seater??

Well selling the children is out of the question, I enjoy them way to much and in a few years theyll be ready to do the cleaning and yard work and washing the cars and anything else I can think of. Im sure I'll have more ands by then too.

I have considered selling my Raptor and buying a Revolt, even went and looked at one, sat in one then sat in the XL. I would love to have one.
BUT...Its a rather expenssive purchase for a toy that would only work for 1 person. Also I really enjoy my Raptor. However I do have a "spare" quad that I have built to my personal taste. My wifes quad is currently being reassembled after PC and ordering some new pieces for her.

The Ranger and those are way out of the question, to ugly slow and just not fun enough for my likes.
A Rail has been discussed and I will continue to watch for something that suits me but in the mean time I like the RZR4 and the Redlines.

Re: 4 seater??

lol, you guys made me laugh really hard with the "selling the kids"

Im with four by, if you want something for lots of passengers get a rail... 5 children plus parents will be a discussion in regards to who gets to ride all the time... get the rail for the wife and the kids...

and for yourself, Get a revolt!!!! and in regards to the quads, sell them now before they end up sitting in the garage for the rest of their life.... I dont know why I havent sold mine... I have a Honda 07 TRX 450 and now that I remember I havent used it in the past year since I got my revolt.... anybody interest????...

you'll be cruising around in the dunes with your revolt next to your family in their sandrail...

I agree, I never could understand the rhino with 2 seats stuffed in the bed with 4 large guys all way to close together or the rzr with the same, the new 4 seat rzr is cool but whats the point of basicly having a limo utv, turning a riot into a 4 seater would just be wrong.
