hello every one big actions and fun from United Arab Emirates with my new red Riot but still i cant fix the Axel problem so i am asking every one if this is happening for any one the Axel is coming out from the gearbox last weekend was my third time........

my second issue is from the dealer i got the Fox nitrogen suspension the stander one but which i saw most of the US Riots have the elka suspension so the BIG Q? is the suspension is the answer for the AXEL problem????

Re: Axel problem !!!!!!

There is a groove cut in the axel spline about 1/4 inch from the end. Threre has to be a split ring installed in that groove. The ring compresses when the axel is inserted into the transmission hub then expands when fully installed and keeps the axel from falling out. This ring has to be there.....Send a message to Mike at Red Rock Rails and he will get you the part you need. Mike also has a killer deal on some of the Elka adjustable coil overs for your Riot. Hope this helps.

There is an issue with the Riots that have fox shocks. They are too long which allows the axles to pull out. Redline tells me they have a spacer fix for the Fox shock issue. The other fix is to up grade your shocks. I have Elka elites on special while they last. A full set (4) for $2800. There aren't but about 10 sets left at that price.

Mike
