Can somone give me a quick rundown on replacing a battery?

My brothers Revolt is turning over slow so I am going to replace his battery on our next ride. Is there any tricks I should know. I will be doing it in the trailer at the dunes so I don't want to waste a bunch of time taking stuff apart that I do not need to. I m guessing I will have to take the seat out but I do not have a clue.

You may have to take the seat out but I don't think so. Just pull it out from the rear wheel well

Are you sure its the battery? Its common for connections to come loose on these cars. I would make sure every cable connection for the battery cables is tight including the ones to the block under the throttle bodies.

I took a bad battery as an opportunity to upgrade to a much larger battery placed under the seat on my XL. I've been running this for a couple years now.

Is that a Deka battery, what size, do you think it would fit under the Revolt seat?

It's a Deka battery. I'll have to get the number for you guys later, but I just measured the room I had available under the seat and bought the largest battery that would fit.

Braille part no. B14115 has 360 CCA and it fits in the stock battery box. I've been running mine for 2 years now and I love it. The stock battery only had 220 CCA.

I don't know about that placement. If you land hard you will be "Digging It" out of your ass. Your suspension seat flexes and I have landed hard a time or two. If that was under my seat I could have very well broken my back. Or my tailbone. Just my opinion. Seems risky.
Don't forget safety!!!!

My wifes battery is up front mounted to the front of the 2 shock supports. Dry cell light battery.
