Primary Clutch Bolt

Has this happened to anyone else? My primary clutch bolt broke while racing last week but the clutch stayed on and I was able to race 6 more laps with no problem. Also who knows where to get these bolts? It is not easy to get the broken part out. I had to get a Left hand drill bit, an easy out and a lot of Penetraing oil.

Mike at RRPS had them in stock the last I checked. He also has the special washer that is supposed to be on it that none of our cars had. Klemdotter had his clutch come clear off with a lot of collateral damage. Since that we carry a spare oil tank, clutch, bolt and crank hub.

Thanks for the info. I need to call Mike at RRP for some other things too. It was weird that the bolt broke and I heard more rattling than usual but Luckily I finished the race. you can see in this Pic the bolt is almost out but it hit the shock boot and never fell all the way out.
