First Glamis Trip with Revolt

So this weekend was my first trip with the revolt and my first time really getting to drive it. I will say it lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The jumps were mostly smooth and driving down sand highway passing people on the real highway was a new experience. I let 7 or 8 of my friends drive it and they all walked away with a smile and surprised how well it gets around. Every time we went to the stores or Oldsmobile heads were turning and people were pointing. I don't know how many times I explained what it was and how much it cost.

I am sure most of you have had this experience where you live. I am glad to be a part of the community. It was nice meeting WFO sorry I went to sleep so early that night but your welcome back at our camp anytime.

I am glad You and WFO found each other. Joe called me from Glamis wanting to see if I could get a hold of you to see where you were. Sounds like you had a good time and I have that happen too every time I take mine out too. That goes to show you that Redline needed to have a better advertising blitz to get these things out there. More people would have bought them and we would be seeing a 2012 model being produced. They are unique and I still have people call me wanting to find out where they can get there hands on one.

Enjoy that Revolt!

Mike

Re: First Glamis Trip with Revolt

I don't think it would take much to sell them at all. You take them to Glamis on the big weekends and during racing events. Drive them around for half of the day at the drags and Oldsmobile and hand out cards. I didn't get mine new but if the price could have came down a couple thousand dollars I am sure lots of people would love to have them.

Re: First Glamis Trip with Revolt

I've always said that they sell themselves........when you get them in front of people!!!!

The best part about Revolts/Riots, for me, is that I can hammer the PISS out of that motor and it just keeps on running strong. Never an issue. I used to flog the HELL out of it racing for 2 hours.....bring it home and wash it off.....change the oil.......and then hit the dunes with my buddies. My buddies that raced would blow up their motor, spend $10k rebuilding it, and then have to take a different UTV to the dunes. And still be left behind.

I love 'em!

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.......who's bringing the chips?
