Re: knock sensor

No the Revolt does not have it or a provition in the wiring harness. The FST snow motor does but it uses a Bosch ECU and a different harness. I have a knock sensor and a FST harness for sale if your interested.

Re: knock sensor

Bob,
Are you injecting in the inercooler or manifold? I will be watching this thread to see how it works out. I was the guinee pig for the turbo I will let you be it for the NOS.

Did you look at the pictures of Froggers NOS system? The injectors for the nitrous and gas are located between the throttle boddies and the head on the intake runner. That is the CORRECT way to mount them. Installing the injectors in the innercooler is just wrong. If anyone wants to know about how to make the NOS work on the Weber motor, contact Frogger. He uses a DynoTune "direct port injection" nitrous system. That is if you don't want to "reinvent the wheel." Really, all you need to do is buy the system from Dynotune and follow the installation instructions exactly.

Re: knock sensor

im interested in the knock sensor .how much hit me back ...one of the resons they inject into the intercooler on turbo fourstroke sleds is for not only good atimisation is to help cool the air charge. but i agree with as close to the motor the better.my nos kit on my yfz450 cost me 3000 to fix the motor(no air fuel gage) so i wana do this one right any help is appricated.

I have read some posts on sled forums about the injection into the intercooler and it is done quit a bit so we are not talking about reinventing the wheel. So Bob or Frogger do you have or know anyone who has done this? The original thought for me doing it was the cooling of the intake with the plus of a little more HP at the push of a button without the full risk of motor distruction.
