Question Redline forum and computer blue screen error

I seem to have a unique situation here and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this problem. I used to post rather frequently on this board and in the past I would click on other members photos and my computer would instantly blue screen. I've been back prowling the posts for a week or so now and it seems to be blue screening here again.

The unusual part is it only seems to happen on this Redline forum. No other forums I visit regularly. Does anyone else seem to have this problem? It's odd that I've been away for such a long time and instantly it occurs here when I come back. Look forward to your input...

Thanks Sand Racer! BTW, You still planning a Memorial trip to Oklahoma?

I need to clarify my post. It only happens when I click on a photo link in a post and not every time.

What operating system and browser are you using? If using Internet Explorer, first choice would be to reset your IE settings. Usually in the Advanced tab of your Internet Options is a "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" which will set everything back to default.

Second would be your Anti Virus program could be causing the problem. If resetting IE doesn't fix it, try disabling your anti virus and check to see if the problem persists...

Hmm.. I've never run into a problem like that. Could you test it out with another browser? Chrome, Firefox, Safari?

Re: Redline forum and computer blue screen error

Running Safari right now, was using IE8. My web browser is moving at warp speed and I seem to be in and out of photos easy. I'll keep it up to make sure. I'm running a Dell XPS 630i with a Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, 2.4 Ghz and 3.25 GB ram. My anti-virus and Malware is System Mechanic 10 Pro. It runs great on 8 different computers I own. This is the only computer the Redline forum ever blue screened on and it's my damn most expensive gaming computer. Goes to show!! POS.....

I'm more of a Mac guy so I'll check around and see if anyone has suggestions. I would recommend downloading Chrome out and using that as a browser. Very fast and very stable.

Safari is working fine. I have Firefox as backup browsers. Not a fan of Google. Being a fan of decreasing the size of Government I don't buy into Googles links to Government and tracking of personal habits. Not that I'm an outlaw, just not exactly cut from the same mold as the unaware status quo.
