Thread closings are disappointing

I am a little disappointed when some of these threads are getting closed. I think the back and forth discussion. Sometimes it is good. I think the trans thread should of stayed open. So I would like to say, I apologize if I offended anyone about driving style. My point was that in the highest level of racing things break. It is the nature of the racing game. I would like to see the thread reopened. Out of discussion comes resolutions.

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

With all of this being said. I will add this. I enjoy the back and forth with $h!t disturbers. Some people like to cause drama. I think it is worse than dealing with my 2 teenage girls on these threads sometimes. So I will always call people out for rediculious comments or statements if I feel it neccessary. And I expect the same from others if I am on the other end of the stick. We are all grown adults and if the sometimes rough comments bother you, you should simply not respond or do not read the thread. Running and crying to a moderator to get a thread pulled because you do not like what is being said is crybaby $h!t and there is no place for that on forums. The transmission thread is a prime example. RACERS are breaking parts RACING a vehicle is not built for racing. Any racer who breaks stuff does not blame the manufacture they correct their problem by any means neccessary and keep racing or stop racing. They should not blame Redline. I believe this should play out on the forum so people who have concerns can see all of the comments play out and make their own informed decision. Or add comments that may open the eyes of those having issues and help save them parts without spending any $$$$. Good luck to all of those having gearbox issues and we all hope you find a resolution in the new RPM box. But my guees would be those will be getting broke as well. I have seen a lot of feed back on RPM boxes and they are not bulletproof either.

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

My bad. I had RPM and another box confused. RPMs box is suppose to be strong as hell.

For sure, the RPM box can stand up to a whole lot more than a weber will throw at it.

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

Art told me that an RPM box has the brake rotor on the input shaft of the tranny. What are the pros and cons of this?
