I thought that since he can't object, it would be the best time to get him elected to something.
Then when he gets back on...SURPRISE!

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

I don't think anyone has got a complete change over done. At least nobody is saying anything lately about the RPM. I would make a educated guess that it would run at least $3,000.00 to convert over. Thats if you did all the work yourself.

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

I'd sure like to see the RPM thread go somewhere with detail too. In a Riot I'm on my third for sure and 4th kinda gearbox. I've mangled two and cracked the case on a third. I must say that when I went to Redline Shockproof Gear Oil, I stopped exploding gears though.

My turbo is my Queen Racing engine that was punched out to 798 cc. Just had Mark reconfigure it for turbo and send me a Garrett turbo. Already running the ViPec ECU so I'm planning on 200 + ponies. I don't live anywhere near sand, so I'm fully expecting to eat a gearbox in short order on this black gumbo dirt. I'll be dropping that in a Revolt XL so that may help some. But lugging around an extra gearbox is alot less desirable than one that does the job all the time any time...

2009 Revolt XL- Queen Racing 800cc Turbocharged Weber
2011 RZR XP- Queen Racing built and Turbocharged

Re: Thread closings are disappointing

I do know that there are 4 RPM Gearboxes out there and at least 2 are installed. I think one will be tested this weekend. I will order one soon but the Gen 2 Redline box does seem to hold up better than the original.

Im sure that once the RPM Boxes are tested more there will be posts

Thank you Red Rock powersports, Harmon Racing Cells, Blackmore Sign's and T's, Psychoholic Racing, Lucas Oil Products and 777 Race Cars.
