XL Turbo

Just thought I would post the info like I said. The Revolt is on the truck to Wasteland Performance. To clarify previous speculations about changes needed for the turbo, pistons, cam, valves, exhaust, intake, injectors (I believe). It left with 72hp, and after surgery, 130hp!!! This will be the longest 4 weeks of my life I think. Just some info how I found Wasteland. After speaking with Mark at Queens Racing and expressing my disappointment with his decision to not pursue the turbo for the Revolt he put me in contact with Chad at Wasteland. So big thanks to Mark for hooking me up with a reliable and knowledable builder. I will post some pics when it returns.

What does a turbo conversion cost for the Webber motor??

Hey Turbo Todd!
Just wondering if we will be in the same class in the MWRA. If we are, I would save alot of gas and time by just sending you my entry fee
I'm hoping to make the first race in April.

I hope we are in the same class. I am a little worried about what I will running against. I can not run until I find window nets to fit the XL. I am guessing I will have to have them custom made somehow. Any ideas? Oh yeah cash only on the purses please!! LOL. I am sure your driving will make up for the power difference, for awhile anyway. I plan on being there in April. HELP WITH THE NETS ANYONE!!!!!

Cant you use arm/hand restraints OR nets?

Stock class you can use arm restaints. I will be in the open class and rules are different. The turbo changes my class. So you will be o.k. And the modified class can use arm restaints also.

Hey Everyone

We are very close to finishing our Turbo kits for the Redline machines. We dont have our final pricing set, but it is looking like 4-5k for the 120-130hp kit. We will be running a special on the first ten kits when we get them completed, so send me a message to [email protected] if you are interested.

Again, not everything is finalized, but these kits will be coming with everything needed to upgrade your NA to the 120-130hp turbo spec (exhaust, ecu, intercooler, internals, manual boost controller, plumbing, etc). We will be dynoing the setup to verify horsepower once its complete, but i believe 130hp is conservative, being the redline comes with dual throttle bodies. Once that is completed, we will then be working on finalizing the 850cc kit, which will allow you a good percentage upgrade on the NA version, and an even better percentage on the turbo's.
