Buyer beware update

I would like to let you all know that Redline has stepped up to the plate on my engine. The engine will be replaced with a good used engine so the problem is solved. That is great customer service after all. Thanks to Red Rock Rails also for the great customer service and all the help in making this all happen.

That's really good to hear Jeff. It is nice to know that the Redline folks did the right thing. Customer service is alive and well at Redline.

Re: Buyer beware update

I want to tell everyone out there that owns a Redline Revolt or Riot or is wanting to purchase one that you will not find a better company out there that will stand behind their product. The Redline factory staff has been wonderful to work with from a dealer stand point and no one can convince me otherwise. It also takes great customers to make this world go around! Thanks to my customers and all Redline owners!

Re: Buyer beware update

I'm not even a customer of Red Rock Rails but yet Mike has spent several hours on the phone helping me correct the issues I've had with my car. Thanks so much for the help Mike!

Re: Buyer beware update

I dont have a Redline yet , gee I haven't even seen one.
I made contact with both the Redline Factory and Mike from RedRockRails and I have been blown away with the level of professional service.
I can't thank Mike enough for his help with organizing mine and Micks trip to the USA .
