Talking New Riot Intake, Fuel Pump Mount & Oil Cooler

Just some photos of my upgrades on my Riot. Excuse the mess as this was while working and under construction. After pulling the seats on my clean car I also found just how much sand and dirt were under the seats. Drilled several drain holes in the subfloor and skid plate for ease of runoff while cleaning.

Used a combo hybrid aluminum/silicone intake tubes and K&N Filters for my intake. They mount just under the seat and are shielded from water and dirt from the rear wheels. I have to tell you, my intake sounds better than most stock exhausts!! LOL and yes, I do believe I got some ponies in the deal!!

Raised my fuel pump off the skid plate because it sat in a half inch of mud. Didn't like that so I raised it.

Moved my oil cooler to the roll cage behind the passenger compartment like the Revolt radiator. Found that sandwhiched behind my oil cooler and in front of my radiator was a mud patty!! This didn't help radiator temps either, also cut up my bumper to raise the height of the front contact point when landing big jumps. My front dirt plow, I mean bumper, works much better now and the dirt from the plow, I mean bumper, isn't pushing my oil cooler into my radiator anymore!! LOL

Still love my Riot like my RZR-S just couldn't achieve!! If your gonna race your gonna have to sort out some small problems and re-engineer some components. The Riot is very user friendly for wrench turning. The RZR-S is about as friendly as a nest of fire ants!!
