Revolt won't start

Alright I've had this thing for a month haven't even had a chance to take it out yet. I was going to start it up to move it around in my shop and it fired and ran for about 3 seconds and then....just cranking...wait...and cranking. I thought maybe battery was a bit low so I put a charger on it because of the EFI stuff. Still nothing. Pulled the plugs and have great spark. Plugs are wet with fuel so I'm assuming the injectors are working. What should I check next. It has fresh 3/4 tank of fuel and the pump is activating like normal. Could I possibly have to low of rail pressure or perhaps a stuck injector or the regulator malfunctioning. If it was a stuck injector I would think it would be trying at least a little bit more to get going. There is less than 50 hours on the motor according to the gauge.

Was your foot on the brake pedal through all the cranking? The brake interlock has gotten me a couple of times.

Re: Revolt won't start

The interlock has already been bypassed. So I went back to square one. I checked the plugs again and the spark on one cylinder seemed weak. So I stole one out of the Riot (because I haven't bought any yet)to double check and sure enough it fired right up. I will for good measure clean the map sensor also, since I'm not sure how well the air filter was cared for prior to me purchasing it. Thanks for all the help!

Use either rubbing alcohol with a soft bristle brush or map sensor cleaner from an automotive parts retailer, it comes in a spray can. I use Napa's brand and have had good luck. It cleans it without using a brush (I use an epoxy brush from Harbor freight). I think all my troubles with a dirty MAP is because I have over oiled the K&N filter in the past.
