New Garrett turbo manifold

I finally found me a manifold that should stay together! It's thick walled high temp stainless with a water jacket. I'll post results soon enough! Thanks to the posts of those with wisdom in these areas. I was listening! (Pilot, TRS, etc) I've never been able to make the manifold last more than ten minutes and only saw 25 psi boost twice. I'm freakin ready after a long year of R & D!! The Beast is getting near!

That thing should do the trick. The flange looks like it would lift the car without even flexing! You should have fun all weekend now.

Re: New Garrett turbo manifold

Thanks! I can only hope I can start dialing in the clutches now! Here's another couple of manifold photos with higher resolution.

Re: New Garrett turbo manifold

That's a nice looking piece. Locally built? Randy, at Weber Power, has a new manifold also.

Re: New Garrett turbo manifold

I reached out to the snow crosser community and found it through a Polaris FST community online.
