Dyno Tune

Has any1 ran their Redline on a dyno whether it be stock or modified ?
I'm concerned about the load on the stock gen2 gearbox with the 130hp turbo upgrade. My gearbox has a FAG bearing upgrade, Redline oil & 2nd breather added.
Any comments ?
Am I the Guinea Pig ???

All I can say is mine has been turbo for almost 2 full seasons now. Running the Redline HEAVY full synthetic. I run mine hard. Always drag racing. Mine engages at 4200 with scat trak 12 paddle extremes. I run hard and fast through 1' -1-1/2' woops about 45 - 65mph. I have had my trans apart 3 times and have found no damage. It has been about 300 miles since the last tear down. Hope it is still good when I tear it down after L/S. I still have the stock bearings in mine but will upgrade next tear down. So you are not the guinee pig I am. At least I am the oldest pig. So far so good, knock on wood. Racing seems to be the main factor IMO.

In the race Riot we had well over 100 HP and the car weighed @2100 pounds with driver and gas. I have never run anything bur Redline Shockproof gear oil in it. I just drained the gear case for the Turbo Revolt XL build and put a magnet in the oil stream. I had no significant metal floating in the box. Wouldn't guarantee you anything, but I think your safe.
