Started Plumbing the RioT

Started plumbing the RioT today. Pics included. Going to get the inter cooler and the radiator done and then start on the rest. The BOV will go in the far end of the air box. This should stop the air from constantly changing direction during blow off causing turbulence. Thoughts?????? I think it's starting to come together.
Happy Fathers Day, Jeff. See you Wednesday.

Re: Started Plumbing the RioT

I think they are supposed to be as close to the turbo as possible.

Re: Started Plumbing the RioT

"Identify a suitable location along the intercooler/intake piping for the BOV this will need to be between the outlet of the turbo and

the throttle body ideally between the throttle body and the intercooler."
This is a quote from Turbosmarts online manual. It will probably be fine there. I mounted mine on the outlet of the intercooler going to the throttle body.

Re: Started Plumbing the RioT

Thanks for the feed back. It's greatly appreciated. Your BOV's look good. We're using the stock Polaris one.

Re: Started Plumbing the RioT

Isn't that a recirculating type? We decided to not recirculate.

Re: Started Plumbing the RioT

You can recirculate it if you plumb it back into the intake side of the compressor. We are going to exhaust it to atmosphere.
