Muzzy Full System Header

Hello to all
I have been in contact with Muzzy about a full system header not a slip on type , for the Revolt and XL
I am in need of some help, Muzzy needs photos of the engine area and back of the Revolt to get an Idea of what they are up against
this will be a full system from the head back 2 into 1

Please Post up any and all photos you might have of the rear of the Revolt
I will copy them and send them off to the contact that I have at Muzzy and hopefuly they will make us a full race system

Thank you for the help

MIKER

Re: full header

Why don't you haul your car over there to Bend and let them build a set on the car? I can get a car over there if you can't. They are still located in Bend aren't they?

Re: full header

I have thought about that I dont have the big gun programer on it and with a full system it would need the programer,
I am sure that it wold go to a dyno and do a before and after run on it to get the peak power out of it

they are still in bend if you are interested I can contact the the person I am dealing with and see what he thinks personally I think that this would be the best way to go on it but fo now they wanted pictures to see what they are looking at they know of the revolt and they make a great product personally I would like to have a light weight titanium header the one on my 07 Yamahe R1 weighs in at about 6 pounds with the canister

Re: full header

There are 6 pictures of the headers and the rear of Klemdotter's Revolt that I built on this forum. The thread is New pictures of Revolt headers. Maybe you could send them those and see if they're interested in going any farther.

Re: full header

I was in contact with Muzzys General Mgr today about the header.
He had got all the pictures that I had sent of the Revolt, He has also talked to Rob Muzzy about the Header. Rob knows of the Redline Revolt,
the GM will persue the issue with Rob and see if they will proceed with a full sustem Header for the Revolt, I told the Gm that if they needed a Revolt that I would bring mine to them for R&D work.
Hopefully there are members who would be interested in a Muzzy Full System Header
I dont know how to do a pole vote or I would and pass the results along to their GM
Right now they are doing R&D on a new Rzr

Re: full header

Mike,

Unfortunately, we don't currently have the resources to devote to the
Redline Revolt exhaust development. You had mentioned that you might
be looking into the possibility of doing something yourself, so if you
need tubing, bends, collectors or mufflers we have those available.

Best regards,

General Manager
