Re: Whats in a name ?
My name is Klemsen, most commenly pronounced "clem-son". while in high school, a friend, Roy Bass, nicknamed me "klemdaughter". Over the years there have been no Klem sons, only Klem daughters... so I took the online moniker of Klemdotter. Makes perfect sense to me..........

Re: Whats in a name ?
I was probably 15 years old when I started working with my dad in the bodyshop when I was on summer break. I'm 40 now but I did that for years and got pretty good at "slicking" the bondo on the cars so my dad and all the guys in the shop started calling me slick. My first car in high school had "SLKGTO" on the plate.

Re: Whats in a name ?
Here's are story:
If you visit Southern Utah you will find an abundance of Sandstone mountains, hills, mesas, and plateaus that are red in color which we refer to as "Red Rock". These deposits have been dated back as far as 180 - 200 million years old. We have several locations near by where there have been dinosaur tracks discovered in the sandstone. Anyways the reason that we call ourselves Red Rock Powersports is do to the "Red Rock" that surrounds us. Our sand dunes are also Red in color.

Re: Whats in a name ?
My other hobby up here in the great white north is vintage snowmobiles. My first vintage snowmobile was a 1971 Arctic Cat Lynx. Before I knew it I had 10 of them! so they started calling me "the lynxer" on the snowmobile forums. It kind of stuck and I am known on all message boards as "lynxer" this one is no different! Although now it seems I have more redlines than lynx's. It would be to much work to change my name to "revolter" or something hahaha

Re: Whats in a name ?
Mine came from my atv days when I had a 07 Can-Am Renegade 800 and then a 08 Can-Am Renegade 800X both Vtwins. Somehow I think the Revolt is safer than the atv's. I was tired of getting throw off then run over by my own machine. I have a need for speed still at 50 years old and been paralyzed for 31 years. People at the trailheads see me get out of the Revolt, and grab my crutches, and look at me like I should know better in my condition. Obviuosly I do not.
Its also my forum name on several forums.
When I want to go nearly three times the speed limit I can always take out the V12 Bimmer.
