I have a small hand held garmin. Havnt used it much but it tracks your course and speed.I used it for Glamis at night. Just zero it at camp and it will help you find the way back.

Thank you Red Rock powersports, Harmon Racing Cells, Blackmore Sign's and T's, Psychoholic Racing, Lucas Oil Products and 777 Race Cars.

Re: what gps do u recomend?

For hand helds I'm a Garmin fan. I own two of them. Ronny installed a Lowrance Baja in the race car. It is a sweet one too for the application we are using it for (Top of the line!).

Jose when you look at them one of the things you might consider is whether you want a electronic compass that works even though you are not moving. Some of the higher priced ones have this feature.

Since we are talking about GPS's, besides bread crumbing have any of you used them to Geocache?

You use you GPS and go treasure hunting. People all over the world hide little treasures and give you the coordinates and you have to go find them. You probably have several of them near you and you don't even know it. It is a blast! My wife and I go out and do it once in while. It can become an addicting hobby.
