crazyyooper, without the head I can't torque the studs down to properly assemble a short block. Also the head would have to be on to properly install the timing chain. The scavenge pump (bottom cover) would not be able to be installed until the timing chain is installed. If you shipped me your head etc. I could work you up a price.
