2009 Turbo Revolt

This car is 1 of 2 that were built for Greg Biffle with a 6" stretch in the frame. I bought it from UTV Inc in AZ after Greg left it there for them to sell. It only had 14 miles and 1.4 hr. on it. He was apparently not impressed with the performance since Wasteland had set up the boost and it only had 8 lb. This was corrected by using a manual controller. These engines were built to handle 15 lb. Many more changes were made over the next 3 years I have owned it. If you are familiar with the Redline Forum, one of the best known authorities on Revolts is "Pilot". He is also one of my best friends and has advised and helped on almost all of the changes. All shocks have been re-valved, amount of oil in them has been changed, along with the nitrogen pressure for better ride and handling. The dash is loaded with Auto-Meter gauges: Oil pressure, water temperature, boost/vacuum, tach and voltmeter. The Wideband air/fuel gauge is from NTK and is digital. The radiator fan is 12" and both intercooler and oil cooler have fans on them which are controlled by temperature switch. The oil tank and transmission are connected to a breather tank for proper ventilation. I have kept the valves adjusted and changed oil in the engine and transmission after every 3 rides. Rear brakes are changed from single to dual. The stock wheels with Maxis Bighorns are like new. Sand tires are STU Blaster 26 comp cut and AMS Whipsnakes up front. 2 used belts and 1 new belt are included along with a spare transmission and a spare drive axle. $10,500 takes it all along with several other spare parts. Re: 2009 Turbo Revolt

This Revolt is a great deal. The gearboxes are both the stronger Wastland boxes. It has a Pilot air intake plenum to the dual throttle bodies. Also Pilot turbo support brackets installed. The engine has the FST turbo exhaust valves and pistons installed correctly. The car has the front shock mounts beefed up and the seat mounts have been custom made to make the seat easy to remove and install. This thing looks new and drives better than new ever did.

Re: 2009 Turbo Revolt

Thanks Pilot! I think you always remember what I have done better than I do!

I had 8 more pictures with the original post, but apparently I need to figure out how to downsize them so they can all be there. I always have liked wrenches better than computers!
