Thanks for the mini-reviews guys, just the kind subjective info I was looking for. Now subjective info can be dangerous, but I think you all would call BS on that. I have another question and this thread is getting looked at alot so here goes: Does Redline offer a good service manual similar to Chiltons ? If they do and you have one, what's in it and most importantly what's not? Thanks, Scotty

I then use a deformed thread lock nut on the inside of the spindle with loctite! I had to build a little weld on opposite flats of the nut to keep it from turning inside the knuckle of the rear. Works great! And a HELL of a lot stronger than that 3/8's thing that was going on from the factory.

I has also found one front suspension A-arm nut loose (ones with the nylock inserts). Tightened good and tight and haven't had a problem since.

As for the thumb screws on the CVT guard...............those have been nothing but a problem. So I went and dug up some panhead allen drive screws with some oversized washers and attached them with red loctite. Using the allen drive allows me to torque them good and tight and loctite helps hold them. Haven't had an issue since.

Rear axle bearings............yes............have had to snug them up twice with about 350 racing miles on my rig. WE'll see how they go.

I love my Revolt! Only weak point now is cornering. And I'm working on that one. More to come..................

Have fun........and go fast!
On my clutch cover, I used some star washers between the cover and the thumb screws. So far so good.
I just have to watch, that I don't drop them, when I take the cover off. They slide down the cover, and land behind the seat some were ??

Star washers.....that's a good idea! Seriously. They probably bite well into the plastic cover. Let us know how it works long term!

I put them on, the first week, after I brought it home. I now have 980 miles on it. They seem to be holding. I've had the cover off a few times, to blow the sand out of the clutches too.
A CHEAP FIX!

Back to Nuts and Bolts, Today, I checked the spindle bolts, steering, A arms, ect. The Red Loctite seems to be holding. I broke a exhaust spring, some how. I found half of it sitting on the belly pan. A $5.00 part from Polaris. Standard snowmobile stuff, I like that.
I broke a mirror last ride. A rock from the back tire, came forward and broke the glass out. Red Rock Rails is looking for a new one for me.
