I too am currently in the market for a helmet and set of goggles.
Here's the helmet I'm interested in (assuming it's a good, comfortable, & secure fit):
Fox Racing V1 DOUBLE DOWN HELMET from Powersports Supply
and here's an interesting set of goggles that others (esp. those who like recording their rides in true 1080p HD video) might be interested in as well (no...I didn't win the lottery but I did get a tax refund)

Item #367R is the red ones w/ the 1080p camera built-in...should go nicely with the above helmet....

I would recommend you go to a local shop and try them on. The helmet sizes, between manufacturers, are very different. One manufactures large, is an others small.
The better helmets have a lot of venting, via air vents.
A removable, washable liner is nice too. Stinky helmets suck.
The safer helmets have a Snell and DOT rating. It's tough for then to get both ratings. Buy the best quality you can afford. This is coming from a guy that broke one, me, with my head in it.
