New buggy with some history

I just picked up an 07 Revolt that seems to have a bit of history. I love tinkering with these things and when I found it on Craigslist I had never heard of Redine which surprised me. Anyway, fell in love and brought it home.

It seems the bike belonged to the owner of HMF exhaust. Since I have no idea what they are supposed to look like I can't say for sure what is stock or not. I'm sure I will be doing some research but forgive my ignorance tonight, I'm just excited lol. I've been told the buggy was narrowed to run in a class or to just make it easier to drive. Its less than 50". It has wheel spacers with it also so I can add 2" on the corners if I want. Fox shocks, Brembro brakes billet spindles. I was told it has an 800cc Polaris motor in it and again I'm going to go look it up after this. I actually was trying to do that when I stumbled on this site. The ignition is some box with a series of horizontal lights and a couple of buttons. There is a Corbeau seat trans cooler and these little balloon things on the trans vent. It is wrapped in blueish tribal looking skulls things and says HMF and the guy's name on it and looks like sponsors. Has Gorilla axles.

I was told after he owned it it went to a guy who had trouble with his legs. There are hand controls for the throttle and a hand brake system. The tank was removed and an aluminum one was made to go above the engine. It has power steering and a billet quick ratio box.

Can't wait to tear into it. I'm going to go look around here to see if I can figure out what I got here lol. Hi everyone.

Re: New buggy with some history

Congrats on the machine. I know the machine and the original owner after HMF sold it. He actually raced the machine in short track races around the northeast.
