Its Just Like Power Steering On A Car.

Except It Runs Off Battery Power And Doesn't Pull Horsepower From The Motor.

XMOTORCR,
Did you cut your existing steering shaft and weld on new u-joints? If so, were they the 3/4'" weld ends? I have a brand new electra steer unit for my RZR-S and frankly, it ain't going on the RZR anymore!! LOL The new Riot gets the new toy!!

i actually just cut the shaft then used the clamp u joints that came with it and welded to those ones so that i saved 80 bux

the u joint that goes on the rack i cut that right at the weld then grounded it flat then welded the shaft to it.

hope that helps
