Race Riot Build- Best In the Desert

This is a discussion on Race Riot Build- Best In the Desert within the General RIOT Discussion forums, part of the General Redline category; I read about those a few years back, but I haven't seen them for sale anywhere. Looked like it would work....

4-5 lbs per tire weight increase. Should normally set up as standard tire pressure!!

Congradulations on the tire ball sponsership. I have noticed that most desert racers run 12in tires. My brother said that he would look at his post race pictures and check the tire sidewall in the pictures and adjust his tire pressure until he stopped seeing rollover. He ended up at 15 psi with 12in BigHorns. The air filter location looks like water or lots of silt may cause problems. I have run Outerwears and K&N's and they work great but mounted down so low may be an issue. Thanks for the frame information.

Update on The Riot Build:
1. Have my TireBalls in Hand for mounting this weekend.

2. TEAM INDUSTRIES HAS A CLUTCH DESIGNED JUST FOR US REDLINE FOLKS!! I'm ordering mine tomorrow!!

3. The Queen Racing engine is installed and runs like a scalded ass ape!! No HP numbers as the engine dyno broke, but had enough back pressure to blow a season old Big Gun Muffler apart. No fault of Big Gun!! The heat generated while tuning the engine wasn't good for it!! Probably a hair over 100 HP. The clutches were really off when that HP was applied as stated in 2 above.

4. Full FK Heims in hand and going on this weekend.

5. ViPec ECU worth every penny of that near 3 grand!!
