Thanks for the heads up Bearfoot! This is like hide-and-seek. You know there out there. We just have to find out who has them. I wonder if CPC has the permission to make more of them or just bought up what what Hoffco had left in their warehouse.

I know one thing I am going to make sure I keep my clutch lubed up and slow down the wear process.

I found a Hoffco Hoffie weed trimmer model 27792 ser 3264 that should be good
after full cleaning and can't find any info as to when made and after internet serch
this is the closes I can find hoping some one knows some thing about hoffco and
and maybe the trimmer. It has a WICO igniation and a Tillotson carb MD96A also
some one said that Hoffco used to race go karts as I do not but I do take old
stuff to tractor shows and talk about it only for this one all I can say is the three
word guys hate to say " I don't know "

I too need a spider roller rebuild kit for the 4-Pro clutch. I have searched every website I can find for one, and so far there are NONE available anywhere I have looked. About the only thing I find that is available are cam arms. Does anyone know where to find the rebuild kits? Are there any other parts from maybe polaris that interchange with the rollers in the Comet? HELP.......

You may try this.
Take your clutch apart and take the rollers, pins and buttons to a Polaris dealer. My guess is, that some of the parts, may cross to the Comet.
