Replace missing odometer/hr meter button
With a suggestion from Red Rock Mike, I looked at some vacum line caps as a replacement for my missing rubber button thingy. Since its not possible to get a replacement rubber thingy from Redline, I tried a couple different sized vacum line caps.
I found that Autozone sells just what I needed. Its made by VACU-TITE. Part #47389. 1/8" (3,17mm). Package of 5. Cut one cap in half. Spray with lubricate. work it into the reset button hole with a flat head. Makes a nice tight water/dirt proof replacement.

I am glad that worked for you Chris. Thanks for supplying the part number for everyone. I know there is more owners out there with the same problem. I have lost two of them myself.
