Default Heavy Duty Rear Links

I am building a set of seriously beefy rear links for the Revolt I just got.

I am making them from 1"x.25 wall DOM sleeved with 1.25"x.12 HREW. The sleeve will extend all the way up to the jam nut in order to strengthen/support the week area when the threads end and it steps down to the inner diameter. If you hit one of these with a rock, it will break the heim first!!!

I should have a set built in a few days. I will post pictures once I have them done.

You may want to look into changing it to a trailing arm rear vs. the 3 link. The trailing arms will track much straighter and with a set of nerfs will not be as vunerable to damage.

Did you change yours to a trailing arm setup? I will go look at your pictures again, but I can't remember. If so, got any closeups on the rear setup and how it is tied to the chassis?
