Default Re: Supertrapp on my Revolt

I ran the new setup today. The exhaust was as pictured above. Straight to the supertrapp. I removed the intake and went to two K&N filters directly to the throttle valve inlets. They are the stock sized filters.

My overall impression is that it is definitely "peppier" than the stock setup. I was able to push it to 8500rpm, which I wasn't able to do with the stock setup (around 8k). I didn't see any issues at top end, as good or better than stock. And in fact, the mid-range pulls a lot better. I would say it was a definite improvement over stock!

I also took my GPS and recorded top end. I was able to hit 73.7 mph when turning about 8,100rpm. On another run I got it up to about 8,300 to 8,500 rpm but didn't have my gps with me. So I figure I was about 75 to 80 mph on that run!!!! I am running 26" tires. So that is going to help the topend over stock for the same rpm.

Let's see a RZR-S keep up with that!!!!!!!!

BTW: My speedo was WAY off. It was reading something like 50mph. So.........I don't use it anymore. And I don't feel like trying to get it to work right.
